Perlight Solar is a large solar company that was established in 2006 with 400 million Yuan registered capital in the city of Wenling, located in Zhejiang Province in Southeast China. The core business of Perlight Solar is the development and manufacturing of PV panels – with an annual PV module production capacity of presently 200MW and a silicon cell production capacity of 100 MW – as well as project installations. Apart from PV panels, Perlight’s product range comprises solar grid connected systems, stand-alone solar systems, PV solar lighting system and BIPV systems. The company is affiliated with China Baolite Group which was established in 1982, the first national joint-stock cooperative enterprise in China which is involved in several business activities including shoe-making, finance, new energy resources import and export business. Baolite group is one of the large private enterprises of Wenling. Due to its large production capacity and its high quality panels, Perlight Solar has already conducted several large-scale PV projects in China (360kW grid station), but also overseas in countries such as Spain (500kW grid station), Slovenia (300kW grid station) and Italy (150kW home system).
