Seasun is a medium-sized solar enterprise with over 150 employees with headquarters in Jintan near Changzhou in Jiangsu Province, about 160 kilometres west of Shanghai. The company has also a sales office in Germany, Seasun’s most important export destination. Founded in 2007 by a group of engineers, the relatively young solar manufacturer has within few years attained a production capacity (2 production lines) of over 180MW per year and is continuously expanding its production capacities.

Regarding all its products, Seasun offers quality warranty of 5 years and performance warranty of 10 years with maximum loss of 10% Wp and 25 years warranty with a maximum loss of 20% Wp.

Seasun’s business operations are mainly export-oriented, specializing in the development, production and sales of mono- and poly-crystalline silicon modules, BIPV modules and wafers, with an output range of 3W to 280W. Seasun also sells broken cells/ wafers to receycling manufacturers. Since recently, all of Seasun’s products have attained standard certifications such as TUV, IEC 61215, IEC 61730, CE and also ISO9001:2000.  Although being relatively small, Seasun has already conducted several on- and off-grid projects abroad, for which the company sent a team of engineers to project sites in Europe (Sweden and Scotland). Seasun even offers external  commissionable installation services of on- and off-grid system by its engineers. Seasun’s product portfolio covers mono- and poly crystalline silicon cells as well as BIPV modules (mono/ poly).
