The problem
A container can pass FAT and still hide a failing rack.

Standard factory acceptance tests and commissioning look at each container as a whole. If the totals pass, the container passes, even when one rack inside is running hot, losing capacity or drifting out of balance. Those problems surface later, as derating, outages or warranty disputes.

Voltage and BMS health

Cell voltage spread and imbalance within and across containers, showing whether the BMS is balancing and calibrated correctly.
