Sinovoltaics Expands Its Global Presence with New Offices in the U.S. and Switzerland to Help Mitigate Solar & BESS Project Risks

Austin was selected as the company’s U.S. base because of its central location and Texas’ status as a leader in solar generation, particularly by Texas’ recent surge in solar manufacturing facilities incentivized by the Inflation Reduction Act. In Europe, Lausanne, Switzerland, was chosen for its prominence as a European hub for high-tech and clean tech industries. Sinovoltaics had the honor of celebrating the inauguration of its new office with Swiss business innovation organization Innovaud. Among the office opening attendees from Sinovoltaics were co-founders Dricus de Rooij and Niclas D. Weimar; David Li, General Manager, China; Benoit van der Maas, International Business Development Director; and Arthur Claire, Sinovoltaics' Director of Technology, who will lead the Swiss office. Innovaud’s attendees included Yuliya Blaser, Head of Investment, and Patrick Barbey, Managing Director at Innovaud.
