About the vacancy:
You will take over the account management of existing clients in the DACH region from our Business Development team, so they can focus on expanding our footprint with new clients.
In addition, you'll support new clients – especially those located outside the traditional sales regions – and help identify cross-sell opportunities for our expanding service offering.
You’ll serve as a reliable and technically competent point of contact for clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction, professional communication, and growth of the relationship.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing German-speaking clients (mainly developers, EPCs and investors in solar energy).
- Understand and explain technical aspects of Sinovoltaics' services (e.g. supply chain audits, quality inspections, risk mitigation).
- Create and manage proposals, contracts, and related documentation with care and structure.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services in collaboration with the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our CRM system.
- Be a trusted, proactive partner to clients – you are their go-to contact inside Sinovoltaics.
Qualifications and competencies:
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position and a bachelor's degree or higher education is required. An engineering degree would be advantageous.
• Fluent in German (native level or equivalent) and professional in English.
• Technical background in photovoltaics or battery storage is a must – either through prior work experience or formal training.
• You are organized, structured, and enjoy administrative tasks like drafting proposals and managing contracts.
• You are a clear, confident communicator – able to explain complex ideas simply and professionally.
• You have a friendly and approachable style – clients should feel supported and enjoy working with you.
• You are located in a CET time zone (Europe).
• You must be either living or willing to travel regularly to engage with clients and partners, strengthen relationships, and drive business growth.
• You should thrive in an autonomous role and demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, responsibility, and initiative.
• You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to maintain composure and effectiveness even in high-pressure situations.
